Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TinyPitch ("TinyPitch", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit tinypitch.com, create an account, record a pitch, or call, scan or open a TinyPitch. By using TinyPitch, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information. When you create an account or are invited to one, we collect your name, email address and the name of your organization.
- Recordings. When you record a pitch in your browser or by phone, we store the audio and the details needed to play it, such as which pitch it belongs to and when it was recorded.
- Charter member inquiries. When you apply to become a charter member, we collect the name, organization, email address and other details you enter in the form.
Information about callers and listeners
- Calls. When someone calls a TinyPitch phone number, we receive the caller's phone number and the date, time and length of the call. Every call begins with a notice that the call may be recorded.
- Messages. If a caller leaves a voice message, we store the recording together with the caller's phone number and call details, so the account owner can listen and follow up.
- Listens and scans. When someone scans a TinyPitch QR code or opens a TinyPitch link, we record that the pitch was played, when, and which link or code was used.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We use this information to keep TinyPitch secure and working properly.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate and maintain TinyPitch, including playing pitches and connecting calls;
- deliver callers' messages, with their phone numbers, to the account that owns the number they called;
- show account owners how often their pitch is heard by phone, QR code and link;
- sign you in, communicate with you about your account and respond to your requests;
- protect TinyPitch and its users against fraud, abuse and security threats; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only in these circumstances:
- With the account owner. Messages left by callers, together with the caller's phone number and call details, are shared with the account that owns the number that was called.
- With service providers. We use trusted providers to host TinyPitch, connect phone calls, store recordings and send email on our behalf. They may use information only to provide those services to us.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of TinyPitch, our users or others.
4. Cookies
We use a single cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
5. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we treat all visits the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
6. Data retention
We keep listen, scan and call counts and messages while your account is open. Phone numbers of callers are stored with call records and messages so you can follow up. You can delete messages at any time. When an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days; backups are removed on their normal cycle.
7. Your choices and rights
Account owners can delete messages from their account at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@tinypitch.com. If you left a message on a TinyPitch number and want it removed, contact us and we will work with the account owner to delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
TinyPitch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, if the changes are significant, notify account holders by email.
11. Contact us
