Terms of Service
Effective date: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TinyPitch, including tinypitch.com, TinyPitch phone numbers, links and QR codes, and the TinyPitch account console (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use TinyPitch
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. If you use TinyPitch on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" includes the organization.
2. Your account
Accounts are currently created by invitation. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure, since we use it to sign you in. You may invite team members and recorders to your account; you are responsible for what they do with it. Tell us right away at support@tinypitch.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. The Service is in beta
TinyPitch is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We will try to give you notice of changes that materially affect how you use TinyPitch.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the pitches you record and the other content you add to TinyPitch ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, transcode and play Your Content, and to make it available to anyone who calls, scans or opens your TinyPitch, only as needed to run the Service for you. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions it needs, including the consent of anyone whose voice is recorded in it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TinyPitch to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- impersonate any person or organization, or publish a recording of someone's voice without their permission;
- publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive;
- send spam or unwanted calls or messages, including to callers who left you a message;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, or work around our security or usage limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Callers and their messages
When callers leave you a message, you receive their voice recording and phone number. You agree to use this information only to respond to them in connection with your pitch, and to follow all laws that apply to contacting them, including laws about calls, texts and marketing.
7. Phone numbers, links and QR codes
TinyPitch provides phone numbers, links and QR codes so people can reach your pitch. Phone numbers remain ours or our providers' and are not transferred to you. If your account is closed, we may reassign its phone numbers. Links and QR codes are never given to anyone else: after an account is closed, they show a page saying the pitch is no longer available.
8. Plans and payment
Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Billing is not yet available. Before any charge applies to your account, we will tell you the price and how billing works, and you will have the chance to decide whether to continue.
9. Ending your use of TinyPitch
You may stop using TinyPitch and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@tinypitch.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or others at risk. When an account is closed, we handle its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or without errors, or that calls will always connect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TinyPitch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold TinyPitch harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, if the changes are significant, notify account holders by email before they take effect. If you keep using TinyPitch after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
